Case packer for rolls

Solaut produces special case packers to meet the non-standard needs of its customers.
Box and tray forming systems are produced. We produce machines for forming American boxes with inserted lid. Filling from above, below or from the side made with Cartesian robots.

In addition to complete turnkey systems and lines, we can supply components for systems and packaging lines with cartons.

The components that can be supplied are:

Vertical carton magazines with step-by-step pneumatic advancement
Gripper with 2 and 4 plates for gripping the product to be inserted in the boxes (go to the product page)
Cartesian robots from 2 to 6 axes medium size for inserting the product in the boxes
Box centering elements (funnels) to block the boxes and facilitate product insertion
Forming units for tray gluing
Closing and gluing units for American boxes
