Solaut produces Cartesian palletizers, Cartesian robots and scara robots for palletizing and depalletising;
together with the conveyor system of our production we are able to realize complete end of line automations.
We can offer Cartesian and scara robots complete with conveyor systems for products and pallets.
We can offer both high productivity solutions (up to 14 cycles per minute) with a robot dedicated to a pallet position
and low productivity solutions with a robot serving to many pallet places.
The sectors where our systems are used are all the industrial sectors that pack their products in bags, boxes, cluster-packs, drums, bins.
We can also palletise unpacked products (sinks, drainage ducts, etc.).
To complete the offer of palletizers, we can offer a wide range of grippers and slip sheet/pallet dispenser to make complete end-of-line automations.

For plastic processing companies we build depalletizers that allow the feeding of production lines
with different types of products with a single machine.
The plants are complete with pallet conveyor-systems, product collection tanks with bag cutting devices, compacting bag presses.
For food companies that produce drinks from herbal infusions (tea) we produce depalletisers that take the bags from the pallet places
