AUTOMATIC SHEET FEEDERS LOADERS

Solaut produces automatic feeder for paper, plastic metal cardboard sheets . The models we propose are used in the feeding of cutting and printing plotter, printing and screen printing machines, mounting and gluing machines. The machines can be supplied with electrical and software or we can provide the mechanical structure alone.

The model on the left is an automatic table feeder. Sheets, plates and panels to be cut are stored inside, in the middle of the machine. The cutted pieces are removed by a vacuum plate. This solution allows to completely remove all cutted pieces ( it's useful in paper and cardboard converting ).

The column feeder is the simplest and most economical solution to automate the loading and unloading of cutting plotters. The machine is available in different versions which differ in the type of arm and gripping head. The height of the column and the length of the arm are variable depending on the application.

The portal feeder is used to automate the loading of sheets and panels on large format tape and cutting plotter. The dimensions can reach a maximum of 3200 mm and the maximum load weight is 30 kg. The sheet length has no limits but depends solely on the capacity of the cutting plotter. The sheets to be loaded are contained in a special support supplied separately. This model of feeder is available in the two versions MC3200 and MC 2500, in which the width of the sheet can be a maximum of 3200mm or 2500 mm and the maximum applicable weight is 30 kg.

The "ACRAB-T" portable table feeders can load, unload and load / unload sheets and plates on plotters or work table machines (eg laser marking or cutting).
The two essential features are portability and the sheet storage system. Being equipped with wheels they can be moved from one machine to another or they can be removed in the case of processing with manual handling of the sheet.
The sheets to be processed and those processed are placed on tables that are raised to allow the sheet to be gripped and repositioned from the same height.

This type of machine allows the loading and unloading of large format panels on machines with worktable. The main feature of the machine is its small footprint: the dimensions of the machine in plan are slightly higher than the dimensions of the sheet. The sheet positioning group is telescopic and during the working phases of the plotter or cutting machine it falls entirely into the shape of the machine. The panels to be worked are positioned in the lower part of the machine, while the machined ones are placed in the upper part.

CUSTOM MADE SHEET FEEDERS

For particular applications we produce custom made sheet feeders, generally made using our Cartesian robots. The figure to the right shows a sheet feeder that loads and unloads 2 plotters.

The sheet supports are used with the column and portal sheet feeders to contain precisely the sheets to be processed and also the processed ones.
