CARTESIAN AUTOMATIC PALLETIZER PCC SERIES

The automatic cartesian palletizer series PCC, has a reduced vertical dimension and is therefore ideal for applications where vertical space available is reduced. Can be achieved in single, double or triple pallet positions. The second and third pallet positions can be used for a second palletizing station or to a pallet warehouse or pallet slip sheet.

AUTOMATIC PALLETIZER WITH PERIMETER FRAME

This series of automatic Cartesian palletizers is characterized by a monolithic perimeter frame inside which a Cartesian robot moves. The automatic palletizer is easy and quick to install and also to move and has compact dimensions.

Two groups of distinct models with both longitudinal and transverse pallet orientation.
The models with transverse orientation are made with 1, 2 or 3 palletizing positions
Rotation of the gripping element: pneumatic (0-90) or with a 4th axis
Versions with servomotors and productivity up to 12 cycles per minute
Low cost versions with asynchronous motors and inverters and productivity up to 8 cycles per minute
Versions with servomotors, controlled by PLC Siemens S7-300 2DP or Lenze c300/li>
Versions with inverters and asynchronous motors controlled by PLC Lenze c300
Operator panel, 7 "color touch screen
Powder-coated tubular steel frame
Servomotors connected to the PLC with Profibus or CanOpen bus
Hardened and grounded linear rail with recirculating ball carriage
Maximum payload including the gripper 60, 100Kg.
Maximum palletizable height 2500mm.
Perimeter guards in powder-coated steel mesh.
Pallet exit protection with safety light curtain and muting device.
