COLUMN CARTESIAN ROBOTS PALLETIZERS WITH CC SERIES
The CC series Cartesian robots are an economical solution for palletizers with one or more pallet places.
Palletisers do not have a frame: the robot shown in the figure to the side,
runs on a longitudinal rail allowing to reach the pallets to be served.
The CC series palletisers are Cartesian robots with Siemens S7 300 PLC with Kollmorgen servo drives
or Lenze inverters with c300 PLC.
The economic advantages in the use of Cartesian robots as an alternative to the palletizers
with a peripheral frame are sensitive.
One pallet place can be used for the pallet warehouse and another for the pallet store.

The palletizers are made in 4 different versions: two economic models that use three-phase
asynchronous motors with inverters, two models that use servomotors.
The payload of the palletizers can be 80 or 150Kg, depending on the model.
The two pairs of Cartesian palletizers models differ in the transverse Y axis length.
The axis can be as short as in the figure to the side.
Palletisers with the short Y axis, require that the conveyors carry the products
to be palletized on the same side of the pallets.
The figure on the side shows one of the palletizers with the long transversal axis that,
bypassing the longitudinal axis on the ground, allowing the withdrawal of the products
from conveyors positioned on the opposite side with respect to the pallets.
This solution allows ample freedom in the layout design of the plant.
The conveyors positioned on the opposite side to the pallets, must have a sufficiently
low altitude not to be bulky for the movement of the transversal axis of the palletizers.
The essential features are:
Cartesian palletizers with 3 or 4 axes.
Maximum palletizable height 3000mm.
Rotation of the gripping element: pneumatic (0-90) or 0-360 ° with a 4th axis
Maximum productivity 10 cycles per minute (on single pallet position)
