Solaut produces automatic sheet loader for paper, plastic metal cardboard sheets .
The models we propose are used in the feeding of cutting and printing flat bed plotter, printing and screen printing machines,
mounting and gluing machines.
The loader of the figure on the side allows the pick of the sheet from the stack
and its positioning on the table of the operating machine.
The processed sheet is removed from the table and placed in the stack of processed sheets.
The column sheet loader is equipped with two servomotors: one for the vertical translation of the sheet hooking arm
and one for the rotation of the arm.
The column sheet loader can be supplied complete with support structures for the sheets to be processed and processed.
This machine is shown in the photo alongside and in the first video of the page.
The arm carrying the sheet picking head can rotate from -45 ° to + 45 °,
being able to position itself in any point of the stroke.
A second articulated arm prevents the gripping head from rotating during rotation of the arm.
By moving a pin on the fixing plate of the gripping head,
it is possible to rotate the gripping head together with the arm: in this case,
rotating the arm by 90°, one also obtains a 90° rotation of the gripping head.

COLUMN SHEET LOADER 0-270
The arm that carries the gripping head of the sheet can rotate 270°,
being able to position itself in any point of the stroke.
Thanks to a mechanical transmission, the gripping head of the sheet does not rotate during the rotation of the arm.
The gripping head of the sheet can translate along the axis of the arm with a pneumatic actuator:
the stroke can vary from 0 to 400mm.
